The Junior Boys'Volleyball Team was deep with talent at each position. Each member contributed greatly to a team that will be remembered as one who could have won it all. They flirted with greatness many times, but at key times squandered key points in important games. We ended our regular season on a winning note with a record of 4 wins and 3 losses. There were multiple games that went into extra points. Even with these trying events, the Jr boys managed to win the A A title in the Central Region and go on to the GBSSA's at St. Theresa's. Our first match was against St. Theresa (eventual winner) and the match went down to the third game and we lost by 2 points. After playing the best team to a practical draw, we stumbled playing against Banting and were eliminated from the playoffs. Hats off to a great team that Mr. Niro and Mr. Kujala had the pleasure of spending a lot of gym time with on the practice court and the team members that represented Collingwood Collegiate Institute so well.
