THE GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAMS
SEND THE SRS TO OFSAA
The Junior Girls Basketball Team capped an undefeated season with a second straight GBSSA championship victory. The team earlier in their season won the Midland Invitational Tournament, and the Orillia Blackball tournament in their march to the championships. The team won twenty straight games as they defeated all of the areas best.
In the finals of the Georgian Bay Championships the team met Barrie Innisdale and handled their inside pressure very well as the team defense of CCI was stingy only allowing 29 points. T~e Owls responded with 42 of their own in a convincing team wm.
