Speaking
This year, public speaking at the Collingwood Collegiate assumed the proportions of a major activity. Under the direction of the Department of English, one or twa outstanding speakers from each class were selected. Two divisions, junior and senior, were established; students of Grades IX and X were entered as juniors, and students of · rades l<chm XU as
seniors.
